STORY
Seventeen years have passed since the wars end, and the son born to King Cecil and Queen Rosa of Baron has grown into a young man. Prince Ceodore has enlisted in the airship fleet known as the Red Wings, eager to meet the expectations demanded of his blood and station. Yet once more another moon has appeared in the sky, and with it vast hordes of monsters intent on destruction. The brief peace enjoyed by the Blue Planet now stands threatened under the shadow of impending catastrophe.

Its almost perfect! But there is ONE FATAL FLAW
Luca crashes the game.
This is an awesome sequel! Someone spent a lot of time and made the locations on the game very similar to what they were in the first part of the game. I love knowing what happened to the characters in the previous story. It is one of the best written stories of the series.
$15.99 may seem a little steep, but its worth every penny. As someone who played and loved FFIV many years ago, I never had the chance to play this game. It feels like seeing the Phantom Menace after being a Star Wars fan for many years, except the actual product is actually good. If you enjoy the FF series, I would highly recommend buying this game.
I give it 5 stars because its great. But its been a long time since I played a Final Fantasy game. And I forgot about those tedious random battles that ultimately cause me to put it down before too long :(
As a long time ffiv fan, i was pleasantly surprised by this follow up, pick this game up, its a nice companion to the main game
FFIV was the first RPG Ive ever played and instantly I became hooked on the final fantasy series because of their amazing story line and unique characters. I could play it over and over again, yet when the sequel came out it didnt really interest me. As soon as it was remastered on the Ios I figured Id give it a shot. What do you know it, it delivered!!! Never will I question another final fantasy title. Great job square-enix!!
Some bad moments
I cant understand why it has no cloud server while ff4 does. How can I back up? Ios8.3 disabled using ifunbox too. Its forcing people to break jail. Unbelievable....
There isnt Italian language and voice acting. On top of that, there aren t even side quests, extra bosses and challenge dungeons. Im hoping for an update...
I played this game 45hours,and my heart is broken.
ALL Challenge dungeon has been deleted.
And FF1-6Boss in this game before has ALL been deleted.

I have to admit this is pretty good, and I love seeing new ff material...
But SE... Can we give ff4 a rest? I understand its a classic, but why havent you even touched ff6?
Even ff5 got a remake. I understand how ff6 is very good as is and remaking it might seem like blasphemy. But honestly, (in my opinion) ff6 was the best at the little things, like the story execution and making us care about characters.
Im interested to see what they would do with it.
This is a great game if you are a fan of Final Fantasy IV, but by removing the challenge dungeons there is no reason to fully explore each Tale. If they had been included it would make grinding in each chapter for rare items some what less boring.
Im a huge FFIV fan, and I loved the after years for Wii and PSP. Having a 3D remake of this game is a dream come true! The game is as great as ever. Worth the money. Thanks, SE!
