I played this game 45hours,and my heart is broken. ALL Challenge dungeon has been deleted. And FF1-6Boss in this game before has ALL been deleted. I played this game 45hours just want to see them once. But SE deleted Them all! Go Fxxk home SE

I have to admit this is pretty good, and I love seeing new ff material... But SE... Can we give ff4 a rest? I understand its a classic, but why havent you even touched ff6? Even ff5 got a remake. I understand how ff6 is very good as is and remaking it might seem like blasphemy. But honestly, (in my opinion) ff6 was the best at the little things, like the story execution and making us care about characters. Im interested to see what they would do with it.

This is a great game if you are a fan of Final Fantasy IV, but by removing the challenge dungeons there is no reason to fully explore each Tale. If they had been included it would make grinding in each chapter for rare items some what less boring.

Im a huge FFIV fan, and I loved the after years for Wii and PSP. Having a 3D remake of this game is a dream come true! The game is as great as ever. Worth the money. Thanks, SE!

Needs faster combat animation option.

I love this game the graphics update is a welcome improvement. This is well worth the money to any final fantasy or rpg fan. To every one complaining about no extra dungeons you should stop complaining no where does square Enix say they include them in the ios, so just because your dumb enough to buy before you read doesnt mean the game deserves a 1 star and a bad review. The game is just what the description says so be happy with it or dont buy it.

Square Enix stripped this game of the challenge dungeons/ extra superbosses present in every other remake of this game. Tail collecting is pointless because you can just buy all the rare items at the end. Plus the entire storyline is recycled, vague, and lame. We essentially have HALF a game here... Priced at a level equivalent to the full FF1-5. I guess Ill do FF6 when its eventually released, but I am bitterly disappointed with Square Enix for this. Shame on you sneaky, lazy people!!!

I enjoyed this game as it expanded on the lore of one of my favorite games. The iOS version brings nifty updated 3d graphics, but unless Im missing something they got rid of the challenge dungeons at the end of each chapter, which were neat, difficult areas to get the best equipment. So, if you just want graphics, pick this up, if you want more gameplay and challenge, opt for the psp or wiiware version.

shouldve added the challenge dungeons. Just because they dont SAY that theyre there doesnt mean we arent supposed to expect them. Theyve been in Every. Single. Port. Before. Also, it says FULL 3-D REMAKE.

Many reviews already mention there are no challenge dungeons in this game, making all the grinding in all the chapters but the last worthless. But theres more bad news: they did not mention that all the bonus bosses in the final dungeon from other cameo FF games are gone and replaced by recycled IV bosses (including ultima weapon). And the fact that you cant farm adamantite to get adamant armor sets for the entire team, but just one set (adamantites are final rewards in challenge dungeons). Plus, you also dont get the developers office (or maybe its a different location that no ones discovered) where you could trade in items to get more goodies. One of the worst things they did was mess with the final dungeons layout. Its bad enough the tailed monsters that drop rare tails can be found in a single room in the dungeon, but whats worse is the monster shows up only in 1/4 phase of the moon. Determining which monster is where is practically impossible without a guide, which are all wrong because iOS version is different. This problem could easily be remedied with a siren that triggers rare encounters in a given room, but for some idiotic reason, sirens have been taken out of the game!!!

Awesome game. Great 3D remake but needs iCloud support for saves for multiple devices. Want to pick up from where I left off on my iPad on my iPhone.

Enjoyable game good not great. My biggest problem opening treasure chests I tap and tap and it changes characters some chests have then me 30 secs to open

Great game, Ive always said FF IV has been my favorite FF story line. The After Years for the IOS however, was a bit disappointing seeing that it had no challenge dungeons. :/

This game is really good I mean outstanding they remake this into 3D!!!!!!!!!!!! But there is a big problem 1: there is no hidden dungeons. Idk I guess they just want u to do the story mode. 2: 15.00$ for this? I paid for it but I was kind of disappointed but if your going to get a final fantasy game get the 4th one or the 3rd one

Well the game itself isnt bad. I enjoyed the Wii version... I felt very disappointed that they stripped content from this version. I can understand if they took out the challenge dungeons. Im sure they were used to allow for leveling while the other chapters were released. Still it would have been nice to get an equivalent or something nice for leveling at the end of each chapter. The final dungeon got super stripped. Where are the FFI-VI bosses? Doom train? Omega? I thought that was real sweet from the Wii version... I think this content needs to come back somehow at least to give the game a higher replay value.

Not as good as the other console titles, buts its alright.

Thank you SE for a beautiful remake! The game is near perfection, it would be a solid appreciation of fans if you would include an option to enjoy the original versions of the music during game play! I believe it to be only right to include such a feature because music has had a major impact on fans of final fantasy! Thank you again love us!

I dont know why everyone likes this. There is not one iota of uniqueness except for a couple new characters. All the dungeons, towns, maps in general, are exactly the same as 4. I wish I could return this half-assed game.

Would be great if I could play on my ipad and iPhone
